A sleepy stretchy practice of meditation and gentle poses that may include: gentle mobility routines, dynamic stretches, static passive long holds, biofeedback and breathing techniques.

The Workout Party

This is not a yoga class. A whole body workout that may include: an energetic cardio workout, basic kickboxing moves, strengthen balance and agility, light weights with discussion on form, muscle groups and finding proper alignment, core strength, and a cool down.
